1:1 Support - Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Power Hour, Half-Day VIP, or Full-Day VIP session with Bloom Your Business, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Refund Policy

All sessions are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of dedicated time booking and calendar reservation, all purchases are final.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Requests made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session time may result in forfeiture of the session at Bloom Your Business’ discretion.

2. Rescheduling Policy

One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If a second reschedule is requested, a rebooking fee may apply.

Sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original booking date.

3. Intake Requirement

Work will not begin until your Intake Questionnaire has been fully completed and submitted.

If the intake form is not received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, Bloom Your Business reserves the right to reschedule the session.

4. Session Structure & Participation

All sessions begin with a live strategy call.

Clients are not required to remain on the call for the entire duration; however, you must remain reasonably available throughout the scheduled time block to:

Answer clarification questions

Provide required approvals

Supply login credentials or two-factor authentication codes

Review drafts or implementation steps

Delays in response may impact the progress achieved during your session.

5. Scope of Work

VIP sessions are focused working intensives designed to address agreed-upon priorities.

While significant progress is often made, completion of all requested items is not guaranteed and depends on:

Scope complexity

Client responsiveness

Platform limitations

Technical factors beyond our control

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate booking.

6. Access & Credentials

Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary access credentials are available at the time of the session.

Bloom Your Business is not responsible for delays caused by missing login information, platform lockouts, or access restrictions.

7. Results Disclaimer

Strategic advice, implementation support, and business recommendations are provided based on professional experience and best practices.

Bloom Your Business does not guarantee specific revenue, growth, or performance outcomes.

Implementation and results ultimately depend on client action and external factors.

8. Time Zone & Continuation Policy

Bloom Your Business works with clients across multiple time zones.

In some cases, sessions may begin with a live strategy call to gather direction, approvals, and required access, and implementation may continue later the same day or on the following Bloom Team workday.

Where follow-up questions, clarifications, approvals, login credentials, or two-factor authentication codes are required to proceed, the Client agrees to provide timely responses. If additional information is requested, it must be supplied before the next Bloom Team workday begins in order to maintain project momentum and allow completion within the reserved session timeframe.

Delays in client communication may limit the scope of progress achieved during the booked session. Bloom Your Business is not responsible for incomplete implementation resulting from delayed responses.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Bloom Your Business reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a working relationship is not aligned, respectful, or within the scope of expertise.
