Support can be applied where it’s needed most throughout the quarter. This may include small updates, backend refinement, system troubleshooting, or implementation assistance across your existing platforms and workflows.

As your business evolves, this support partnership allows you to continue refining and improving what you’ve already built - without needing to start from scratch each time. When larger support needs arise, additional implementation or focused VIP support sessions can also be booked separately.

### Payment & Refunds

All services are prepaid and non-refundable. Due to the nature of consulting, strategy, implementation, and digital services, refunds will not be provided for completed work, partially used services, unused time, or changes in business circumstances.

### Client Participation

Timely communication, feedback, approvals, and access to required platforms are the responsibility of the client. Delays in providing necessary information, assets, or access may impact timelines and delivery.

### Scope of Support

Services are limited to the deliverables outlined within the selected package, proposal, or service description. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require a separate proposal, additional service purchase, or upgrade. Any consultations, strategy sessions, or meetings not specifically included in the purchased service must be booked separately.

### Scheduling & Availability

Support, implementation, and consultation services are provided during regular business hours and are subject to availability. Response times may vary depending on workload, holidays, and scheduled time off.

### Unused Services

Any included support, consultation time, implementation time, or deliverables must be used within the applicable service period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused services hold no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

### Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of content, copy, and materials created specifically for their business. Bloom Your Business retains ownership of its proprietary processes, templates, frameworks, educational resources, and methodologies.

### Results Disclaimer

While recommendations and implementation are provided based on industry best practices and professional experience, specific business outcomes, website traffic, lead generation results, search engine rankings, sales, or revenue increases cannot be guaranteed.

### Third-Party Platforms

Bloom Your Business is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, technical limitations, or functionality issues related to third-party platforms, software providers, or integrations.

### Right to Refuse Service

Bloom Your Business reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a project falls outside our expertise, becomes abusive in nature, or if the working relationship is no longer productive or respectful.
